I recently purchased the Internet Security renewal and the tune-up renewal. The licenses were emailed to me, and both licenses for my laptop are not recognized. I needed help with the desk top pc via the chat room. I now need the same kind of help with the laptop. AVG emailed me an order number to use when I contacted the chat session again. Well. I can't connect up with the chat session.
