I've been a customer for a long time, Recently I went on my account and turned off the automatic install and the automatic update subscription.
Now they sent me an email again telling me they are billing me another update automatically so I went on the web site on my account to check and just so conveniently they have none of my subscriptions at all listed.
now i have to call them and they will give me the run around. Now I'm wondering about this company?
