have you added your computer to AVG ZEN network ?
did you send an invitation email from your mobile phone ?
And have you installed any AVG anti virus program in your computer before ?

Shows up with the following error code: 0xe001f632.

Works on my Sony android phone but fails to install on my windows 10 laptop.

​Additionally, I have AVG 2015 which is no longer compatible, since I  updated windows.
Will I be reimbursed?​

Please help.​
