I downloaded avg products from the app store onto my iphone and ipad as part of our subscription. Unfortunately I could not send or receive emails afterwards. After finally giving up and deleting the 2 products, I installed the free version onto my iphone and ipad. I can send and receive emails on the free version, why can I not receive and send emails on the paid versions.
