PAID versionsVIRUSSCANNER and cleaner installation problems

I can not install avg virusscanner and c leaner. My wife sent me an invitation per mail with a code coming from her paid version with the oppertunity to add tablets. All that I can download are the free options with the options to buy for more support. But the versions my wife had, have already been paid.
Please can you help me? Or Maybe sent me a new code?
