Let we first appreciate your valuable efforts, which you have taken to fix it. Since you have mentioned that your Email Component is inactive. No need to worry, We are here to help you. To get the issue fixed, we would request you to repair the AVG program and check is the Email component is active. If the issue persist, we would request you to remove previously installed program traces of (AVG 2015 or AVG 2014)from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG Internet Security.
Note: If you have installed any other conflicting programs like AVAST, NORTON, McAfee or KASPERSKY try to uninstall it.
Once you have uninstalled from your system, please follow the steps which mentioned below.
I am running AVG under Windows 10 on two machines through the same Wi-Fi box. Both have run fine for some time but recently one claims that Web and E-mail are only partially protected.

- Ran full virus scan - 11 reported and cleaned.

2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
4)Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
Note : Please use the AVG Remover tool mentioned on the article to uninstall the AVG program more effectively.
