Passive mode with other antivirus - I want a refund

After AVG updated today, it went into Passive Mode because I have Webroot running. I trust Webroot more than AVG, so I am not going to disable it.
I have a subscription that runs until March 2018. You are default because your software has much less function that what I paid for. I request that you cancel my subscription and refund my payment.
