Password already changed from advice

Hi Jackie,

We are sorry to hear this.

We will help you to resolve the issue.

Are you getting this message in the AVG Password Protection?

In this case, we request you to reinstall the AVG Internet Security and check for the issue again.

Keep us posted.

I can't do this. It's different from last time you asked me to do a screen shot, I think it had actual instructions there, but I didn't do it anyway because it seemed too complicated. This time it just brings up a small panel with details of downloading a file or image but I'd have to open the interface to get the image - two separate ones as it's still showing the one saying they're stuck when I click to 'show leaks.'

It won't let me click on anything as the cursor doesn't change into a hand, it's just all in grey. I  have to close the page back to my email, to get rid of the panel  as it won't even let me close it on the cross.

AVG has a notification in my interface saying that there is a leak and advise me to change my password, which I've done, but the notification is still there telling me same with the today's date on it each time. How does it go away. Can't they tell  I've changed my password?  I'd only just recently changed my password for something else so it was a nuisance to do this.

Also, when I click on the link in the notification at the bottom to 'show leaks' it brings a panel with a cross in the middle saying at the bottom that they've got stuck  and to  try restarting AVG or restarting  computer, none of which works. It's been doing this for a few days now, so don't how that gets 'unstuck.'

No, it's in the Notifications on the top right of the interface where it says, 'Notifications'. There is a No 1 in black inside a red circle to show the message. Everything is ticked to say I'm fully protected.I've done what it suggested and changed my password. Why can't it tell?  The 'show leaks' is still stuck it says. This is in the Hacker protection.
