To be sure, does the issue occur after an update of AVG PC TuneUp or AVG Internet Security?

I have performed maintenance, disk defrag, updates, etc., passwords are listed in Google Account, but not showing up in "Saved Passwords," and therefore auto-fill not working from Google "Saved passwords."  Please note, Google is also not offering to save passwords, even though this option is enabled. 

I have spent at least 6 hours trying to determine source of problem and to solve issue, and am now  wondering if it is a Google issue resulting from a recent update-??

Any suggestions?  Thanks.
