Dear Customer Support,

 

Thank you for coming back to me.  I have been running with free AVG for some years now and apart from carrying out a basic clearance of cached data recently to speed up the free AVG browser; no AVG program has been installed in recent times apart from routine free AVG antivirus updates.  Yesterday my AVG browser showed no saved passwords; but today all saved passwords are showing.  I am also having difficulties with Microsoft Edge browser, which holds the input of an autofill password, but loses it after shutting down the browser down and reopening it. I use AVG as my default browser.  All this has been noted in the last week or so.
