Hello Jody. Unfortunately there is only one way is to disable the password feature of it. Please follow the below mentioned instructions:
1) Please open registry editor (http://bit.ly/1NjYbJg)
2) Take a back up of your registry before making changes to it. To back up your registry please click on this link http://bit.ly/1aeiKoa
3) Then follow the below instructions based on your version of OS (32bit or 64bit)
Windows 32-bit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AVG\AWL2014\Protection
Change value “Enabled” from 1 to 0
Windows 64-bit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\AVG\AWL2014\Protection
Change value “Enabled” from 1 to 0

I need to change my password for AVG tune-up 2015? for the life of me I can't remember it and I can't find the page in my book to which I wrote it down.
I am helpless here.
