Yes, Adhem. We're afraid as the setting password can't be reset. Instead we can remove a specific file to regain access to the program without a password.
To do so : Boot your computer in safe mode - Navigate to : C:\Program Data\AVG\Antivirus\ - Locate & delete the file aswResp.dat - Restart in normal mode.
Note : Program data might be hidden. To get to the folder, please type %programdata% in runline command. To get runline command box, please press Windows logo key & R key together.

If the above method fails, we may need to uninstall AVG using AVG Clear & then reinstall AVG.

Please delete “aswResp.dat” file to regain access to password protected areas.
Step 1: Please restart the computer in Safe mode
Step 2: The file is located at "C:\Program Data\AVG\Antivirus\aswResp.dat".
Delete the file and reboot your PC normally. You should be able to open AVG now.
