The password is for Facebook. AVG's Password Manager is where the olf password is held. I can go to the the Password Manager and see the old password for Facdbook but can't updte it.

I'm using AVG Browaser. That is why I csamd to ACG Support.

We regret to inform you that AVG Password Protection can only scan passwords stored in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
In this case, we request you to save your newly updated Facebook password in either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers & check if the password gets updated in the AVG Password Protection program.

AVG Password doesn't work with AVG Brower. Really? That is sad. But thanks for the information.

Was your newly changed password not accepted at the time of sign in?
If so, kindly reset your password once again & check if the issue persists.

Please let us know the name of your web browser, from which you're accessing Facebook.
Also, make sure that you save your new password in your web browser by clicking "Save" in the dialog that appears at the top of the screen.
