Password problem, can I disable or get new password

Open AVG PC TuneUp, when you get a password prompt, click "Enter"(Do not type any character) and check if you are able to get into the settings page of AVG.

If yes, from settings select "Password Protection" and uncheck the option "Enable Password Protection".

I have the same question as many:
When I want to open PC Tune Up this 'Password Query' window keeps appearing saying: "AVG PC TuneUp is password protected.  Please enter the correct password to start AVG PC Tuneup".

I don't recall setting up a password for AVG Tune Up and can't understand why this window keeps popping up.

Is there a way I can disable this.
