Password prompt after updated

After I clicked "update", the password prompt came up.My password for avg didn't go through.It says"wrong password.This is the authorized password.Where does that come from.I thought it was my only password for MyAvg.THen I tried my microsoft password and my Pc prompt password.Nothing.It doesn't even give me an option to create a password.Again ,it didn't accept my Avg password.Help
