Avg is automatically installed every time I start the computer but the fields "hackerattacks' (hackeraanvallen) and subsequently 'passwordprotection' (wachtwoordbeveiliging) are off (red field and warning). I have to activate these fields manually each time the computer starts up. My passwords are not protected without. AVG is liable when things go wrong. I am not able to send you a screen shot. Please tell me how to contact you for help by email or preferably by phone (in the Netherlands).
A few years ago i could simply phone my old firm in the Netherlands for help and the problem was solved in a few minutes. But since AVG has purchased the firm, it is virtually impossible to make contact for help. AVG should urgently improve its accessability for normal clients.
