Password protect feature!

Hi... Idid as you asked/said... Still not working! But, while i'm here... I also have a problem with my payments & purches of your programs?!? I orded your full AVG protection for 10 divices! {Over all I really love it!!!} Oviouly tho', I have no need to buy a second of the same pogram!!! Who would, really??? So I ask...? Why then have I been billed for 2 of the same programs... Both programs having the very same reg.key?!? I'm on a disability pension, here in Australia! And really can't afford mistakes like this one! I honestly, would please sugest/request... that i'm owed a full refund!!! For one of the programs?!? As you will see, using commen sence, when looked into! One of the two products are not used!!!
