Open AVG, click Menu -> About to see the program version.
Same issue here. reloading program did not solve issue. Id I am paying for this, I should not be!
Password protection keeps turning off like everyone one else by the looks. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still no go. Paid subscription, please fix.
