Cannot connect AVG password Protection. In the upper right corner there is no a button "connect"

Thank you for providing the screenshot. I see that AVG Internet Security is active and protected. Also, I would request you to uninstall Malwarebytes,  
It is not recommended to have two security program running on the same PC  which might cause various issues for PC at any time. We do not want our customers to lose any valuable data because of these conflicts with antivirus program.

Please click the home button on AVG Internet Security on the top left and start over to AVG Management console. Check if the Password Protection tile is green and working.
