Password protection is not working

My issue with AVG Passwoed Protection:
I repaired AVG Internet Security as you suggested, but the issue is not fixed,it is still the same.
What to do now?

When I open Password Protection and click on "scan for weaknesses" nothing happens. 
How to solve this problem?
