Password Protection is turned off but won't allow me to turn it on. The red button does nothing

I understand your concern regarding accessing the AVG Password Protection feature. Please be informed that AVG Password Protection is no longer available for purchase online. Only existing AVG Password Protection users can continue using the product.
AVG Password Protection is a separate product that requires a separate subscription to use.

I have paid for AVG Internet Security for 3 years and installed the app.  The app says 'Password Protection is turned off' and there is a red button to 'Turn on' but it does not respond or do anything when clicked.  I this normal?
