Password Protection not working

I'm still waiting for some help… Its still just a blank gray screen for the password protection UI. Haven't had and email or phone call.

Sometimes, this might happen if the component isn't activated properly.
As Password protection is integrated in AVG Internet Security, we'd suggest you to reactivate AVG Internet Security once to check if it helps.

I installed password protection and it scanned once and said 1 account has been breached and now its frozen, the resolve button and scan buttons will not work. I restarted the pc and shutdown several times and the program is still non responsive.

I feel like you guys are using a standard copy paste response system like most large companies. I have already done everything you've said, its almost like you arent even reading my comments. I use to have password protect I know how it works. I just bought a new subscription and reinstalled and its not working. I did the activation key multiple times. I have completely uninstalled all of AVG and reinstalled and reactivated everything. ITS NOT WORKING, I either need some real help and a refund please.
