Password protection turns itself off

I would request you to repair AVG to fix the inactive components issue.
If the issue persists, please uninstall AVG and install it again.

(avg internet  security)  Password pr otection is always off when i turn on computer, I tried to do a windows restore to an  earlier time but  windows said virus scan would not let it and switching off  pc is very slow, ,
