Password Protection won't turn on ( Windows 10)

Sometimes, this might happen if few services are unable to initiate. 
Please clarify whether you receive any error message while attempting to enable Password Protection or the program doesn't respond.
Also, let us know the version of AVG that is installed on your computer (Open AVG - Menu - About).

Password Protection is off and when I try to turn it on it won't. What is causing this?
