Password protection

I am using the AVG password protection product.  I get notification telling me that "an account has been breached" and I should change passwords.  So I change the password on that account, and report that it has been resolved.  Almost immediately I get a new notification telling me that the account has been breached.  This has happened several times a day for the past several days. 

Is there something wrong with the Password Protection product, or am I not doing the right thing?
