Thanks … Okay that sounds simple … trouble is I can't find my email address on in the top right corner. Is there some other window I should be accessing? I should add that I've skipped through all the screens and checked under settings
So I assume this is the screen you refer to? If so none of the products on here are accessible and there is no email address. The only clickable optionis "Next" which leads to remotely covering other devices
Hi … looking for help regarding password protection please. I've just added this to my Internet Security but it does not appear (as it's apparently supposed to) on my management console. How/where do I find this feature? I've tried seeking help via support chat but the page just continually states "Loading" and goes no further. Any help appreciated

I understand your concern. I see from your record that you have active subscription of AVG Password Protection. Please open AVG Management console (Zen) in your computer and at the top right corner you can see your email address. Please click on the same and logout from your account. After few seconds relogin to your account and check if password protection gets activated. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.

Thank you for the screenshot. It seems that you are checking this in AVG Internet Security window. Please click on "Home" button at the top left corner, this will open AVG dashboard. From here you can see all the options mentioned in previous post. If you face any difficulties, feel free to contact us.

So this is the screen you refer to? If so, Nothing can be selected, except "Next' which give an option to cover all devices. No email address on either screen.
