Hello Kathleen,
Please be informed that AVG Zen dashboard has been removed from the latest version of AVG Internet Security(17.9). Hence to get AVG Password Protection installed, please repair AVG Zen setup file by going to C:\ Program files(x86)\AVG\Setup then click on 'avgsetupx.exe' file and repair it. Once the repair completes, it will open AVG Zen dashboard, then please click on Connect->Log into existing network and enter your AVG My Account credentials. Then AVG Password Protection should get activated automatically in your PC.
