I have purchased AVG Password Protection but when I go to activate it, it displays a Buy Now message.
When I look on my account, it shows as having been paid for.

I have done multiple restarts

I appreciate your efforts but please accept my apologies in regards to the inconvenience this may have caused. Please logout and log back into AVG Zen app with your AVG MyAccount email address and password to activate the paid subscription of AVG Password Protection.
1. Please open AVG dashboard and click on your email address at top right corner.
2. Then select Leave this network option and confirm it by clicking on Leave button.
3. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
4. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.
I did all this … it was on the Password Protection FAQs … nothing changed, when I click on open password protection, I always get the Buy Now spash dialog.
