Password protection

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to activate AVG Password Protection in your PC. I have sent an email with instructions to get in touch with our additional technical support. Please follow my email instructions and get connected with them. They will activate AVG Password Protection in your PC.
I purchased Password protection and got a confirmation of the order on October. It said I didn't have to do anything to activate it. But my AVG software still doesn't recognize that I have it. Any ideas how to correct this? I'm not getting my money's worth yet.
