We have a program called AVG Password Protection (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Password-Protection-FAQs). You might have received pop up to purchase AVG Password protection. However, may I know what exactly happen when you enter your card information.

Just received an option to buy AVG Password protection for $9.90 per year. I accepted and after giving my card details nothing happened. Have I been scammed???

Hi. Thanks for your e-mail Alok. After I entered my all my card details the program said it already had my e-mail on its system and when I was asked to log in through my own e-mail the system went into a "twirling circle" and eventually I switched off.
