Hello Kenneth,

I understand the inconvenience.
1) Open the AVG user interface by double clicking on "AVG" desktop icon.
2) Click on "Email address" displayed on the interface and select "Leave this network" and click on "Connect".
3) Select "Log into existing account" to enter AVG my account username and password.
4) Wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates both Secure VPN and Password Protection.

Keep us informed about the status.

Hi All

Just purchased AVG VPN Product which is working fine, but also purchase AVG Password Protection which is still showing as not activated on the dashboard, please advice
