I Have a paid subscription but still cannot activate Password Protection

If it makes a difference, I am running Windows 10 and upgraded to the paid subscription recently.Yes, I installed, activated amd restarted. I see a toggle that says password protection, but I cannot change it. Under Notifications it says"Password protection is turned off Please turn this on for maximum protection." There is a green virtual betton below this that says "TURN ON" but it doesn't work either.
