Password Protection

Hi, I do have the latest version but have just discovered that the rebooting of my computer is what is causing the password protection to be disabled. I tried it several times and each time I rebooted after turning password protection back on it was turned off again after the reboot.

Hi, the password protection keeps turning itself off randomly and I have to turn it back on again. How do I get it to stay turned on?

There is an ongoing issue with Password protection feature & the concerned team is already working on it to fix it shortly.
However, you can be rest assured that the protection level of your computer isn't compromised.
Meanwhile, performing a clean installation is the workaround provided.
As it isn't recommended to share the license info over this post, we've sent you an email including the reintsallation steps.
