I have password protection on my laptop and the program will not work when i manually run it i just get a black screen with the little wheel going round and round
Are you facing this issue in all the AVG programs?
Did you get any error message when you access the program?

i have had this on my laptop for over a year and it worked fine untill about a week ago it seems to be working on the schedule that i have it set on but it will not work when i manually use it ,i have not instaled anything new on my laptop for months
