Password Protection

I subscribe to Internet Security, PC Tune Up Security VPn, and Password Protection. Although Password Protection shows as installed on my Widows 10 system, I can not open it.  When choosing it, it appears to open for one to two seconds, but then disappears. How can I fix this issue?
