Password Protection

I paid for and installed Password Protection today but although it says it is installed it will not open. Online chat support say there is a bug but have no idea when it will be fixed. I feel they should not have taken my order if they knew there was a bug. Anyone else aware of this problem??

This is a known bug and a fix is underway. Appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

Have cancelled my subscription for this…not happy they took my money knowing there was a bug!

Susan, this AVG Password Protection is working in the background but the interface seems to be a problem.

This issue was already reported to our developers and we will make sure to fix this as early as possible.

Oh so this is a known bug, I was getting worried when I seen that the program was not loading up
