Password protection

A couple of days ago I purchased the avg zen with internet and virus protection and tune up. it was to replace my avg protection that was expiring.
I downloaded it onto my computer and then my sons computer. On my sons computer we run everything for both the protection  and the tuneup, got him all set up. Yesterday he went in to check everything and the internet security and virus protection let him right in and all is well but the tune up would not let him in. It is saying there is a password and my son doesn't remember putting one on it. He has tried a couple of different passwords he uses and also one that was on a free avg product he had before and none of them work. We uninstalled the tuneup just to make sure that nothing strange was going on. I'd like to download the tuneup again and get him setup. But will it still ask for the password and if it does, how can I find out what it is.
