This morning it detected my printer programme trying to access passwords yet still reported password protection disabled?

Since installing an update on AVG ultimate a few days ago, each time i boot up i AVG has disabled password protection and i have to re-enable it.

I checked and i keep having to turn it on but when i boot up each day it turns itself off and so i have to turn it on again. Is it a possible bug in the new release?
A year or so ago AVG kept turning the firewall off in a similar manner.
It is annoying
