Hello Sue,

I understand that you are unable to activate AVG Password Protection. Once you login to your AVG MyAccount from AVG dashboard, wait for few minutes and this should get activated. If the issue persists, please run AVG repair avgclick.me/RepairAVG from your computer control panel and check if that fix the issue.

Hi,

I'm having issues activating password protect. I've followed the instructions and logged in to the ACG dashboard however it's still telling me to buy it though I can see that it's listed as a purchase on my account. How can I get this working?
