Password Protection

1I purchase Password Protection in November 2020 Your invoice 6566438105
I have tried to load it several times and recently saw a AVG screen which said SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED.- however it still occurs in My Subscriptions !
I have seen that Password Protection will not work with my current AVG Internet Security.
Why did you let me purchase the protection if you knew it would not work and when will you reimburse my £19.99 payment ?
