This was reported as a bug earlier and we've resolved it immediately. The solution is to reinstall your AVG Internet Security program using our 'Clear' tool. We've also collected logs from most of the users who contacted us regarding this issue. This is to ensure that this issue does not occur in future.

My password protection keeps being disabled without me actually disabling it and i want to know how i can get this fixed

I have re installed this might be a problem on my end but i only have the basic connection instead of both basic and full protection
