I attempted to log into my actual avg account to check on my antivirus subscription to see if I needed to renew it. My program was acting strange saying that it did not recognize me. However, I realized that I had forgotten what password I used to log in. Naturally, I tried to reset it. I've tried resetting it roughly 10 times, but the password reset email never appears in the inbox. I've checked the spam and trash sections and they have nothing in them. I had to create another account in order to post here. Is there a fix to this? Or must I contact support directly?
