On my main AVG account, I have asked for a password reset email to be sent to it. However i have yet to receive one. I have checked junk and spam folders and nothing has arrived. What can be done to fix this, since i can't do anything until i can access it.

Whilst i am glad to have you respond, the support chat is not so willing. I have been waiting for a response for over 2 hours with no success. Is there no other method to resetting the password for my other account?
