Hi so I just got a new pc and I'm trying to install my single computer avg protection
i have my licenses sent to my email right now, but for some reason the password reset is not working even though it's the same email I just retrieved my liscence from.
is there a way I can fix this? Or can I get my download option for a avg zen(free) protection again? I don't want zen

Please reply to that email with your registered email address to assist you reset the AVG MyAccount password for that email address.

This is another account I created to ask the question, since I am unable to reset the password and use my account, I couldn't use that account to log in to ask a question. My account email should I put it here?
