Password Reset on Password Query of AVG PC Tuneup

Hello Rex,
Please follow the instructions provided below to reset your password for your AVG PC TuneUp program :
- Open registry editor (regedit) and ask customer to find following registry key based on operating system bit version
Windows 32-bit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Avg\AWLxxxx\Protection

Windows 64-bit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\AVG\AWLxxxx\Protection

(where xxxx is the version of PCT/TUU such as 2014 or 2015, the 2016 version is not mentioned, in case of 2016 it is just "/AWL/")

- Change value “Enabled” from 1 to 0

How do you reset password on Password Query of AVG PC Tuneup ? It will not recognize my new setup password on the first round.
