You have just met a customer that doesn't know much (if any at all) about the working of a computer. I'm now getting to the point I wish I never put AVG on my system.

Hello, As you asked, I deleted and re-installed AVG TuneUp 2015. It still asks for a password.
Is there anything else I can do?
