It is same as your AVG MyAccount email address and password that was used to log in to AVG Zen. And I'd also like to inform you that this password can not be reset without your consent or somebody else has access to your email account.

1. I can't connect to a Zen Network anymore
2. Because my password has been changed, and not by me!
3. I've scanned for virus, but no threats foun it said…
4. How is this possible?
5. How can the password be reset to what it used to be?
6. How can this be prevented from happening in the future?
