Passwords missing from personal accounts

We are here to help.

You have an active subscription of AVG TuneUp Unlimited valid till January 24, 2020 and there is no subscriptions of AVG Password protection. We would like to add an information that AVG Password protection won't delete any of your personal data and it will just protect your sensitive login data.

May I ask you when did the issue occur? Have you performed any Windows update, AVG PC TuneUp optimization, reset browsers?

My passwords have been deleted from my personal accounts. Is this password protection that I did not agree to use? If so, how do I uninstall ? I agreed to tune up only. This is not acceptable.
