Hi Lathika, thank you for your message. My PC is currently having problems. Therefore, I want to uninstall avg for a short time. After that, I want to reinstall it again and take out an Ultimate subscription. However, a password is entered for this. Best regards

Hi ,
I don't remember the password that is requested to uninstall AVG. this is not the login password.  Can anyone help me on how to proceed?

We'd like to clarify that AVG My account password if not the same as AVG User Interface Password.
In this case, we'd request you to boot your computer into safe mode and then uninstall AVG Internet Security. Please refer to this article for detailed instructions.
