Pay pal have paid a subscription i have chosen not to renew can i get it refunded

Irecieved a email from Pay Pal today saying they had paid AVG £24.99 but i have chose not too renew the protection has we have a new laptop with 1 year free protection i logged into my AVG account which says i have no subscription can i get a refund. Thank you Mr L Richardson.

Otherwise, Re actual AVG Community Support expert assistance from Brno, Czech Rep… They will attend to your posting @ their earliest convenience but please bear this in mind (http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=190509).
